Athar Studio

We are a small independent software studio believing that high-quality software requires zero invasive ads, no telemetry spying, and no unnecessary bloat. We build Arabic-first and global tools with modern engineering rigor.

Our journey began with the ATHAR reflection app, followed by Sayl to solve daily transfer headaches on Windows.

Why We Built Sayl

For years, Windows users tolerated adware-bloated download managers, dated 90s interfaces, or tools requiring cloud logins. We wanted a blazing-fast manager that starts instantly, resumes reliably without corrupting files, provides an authentic modern interface, and keeps 100% of data local on your disk. When we couldn't find one that met our standards, we engineered Sayl in Rust and published it under Apache-2.0.
